Key Booking Information
Please read the following before booking:
Guests must be aged 18 or over.
Bookings are for a specific date and are non-refundable.
You may transfer your place to another suitable guest by notifying Gather & Resonate before the experience.
Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the sound bath has begun.
Please read the separate Health Information → before booking.
Photography, filming and recording are never permitted during the sound bath.
Optional photography and marketing consent are requested separately and are not conditions of attendance.
The full Terms & Conditions below form part of your booking agreement.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to sound baths, pop-ups and other non-residential wellbeing experiences booked directly with Gather & Resonate.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to:
these Terms & Conditions;
the Gather & Resonate Health Information;
the relevant studio or venue guidelines; and
the booking information provided for your chosen experience.
You also acknowledge that you have been provided with the Gather & Resonate Privacy Notice.
Any consent relating to promotional photography, filming or marketing communications is requested separately and is optional.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
2. Bookings and Payment
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when booking is accurate and up to date.
Please notify Gather & Resonate promptly if your contact details change before the experience.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
Gather & Resonate may amend its prices at any time, but any change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed.
Promotional and complimentary codes:
must be applied when booking;
may be subject to eligibility requirements or expiry dates;
have no cash value; and
cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
3. Age Requirements
Unless an experience is expressly advertised otherwise, guests must be aged 18 or over.
A person under 18 may attend only where prior written agreement has been obtained from Gather & Resonate and any required consent has been provided by their parent or legal guardian.
Gather & Resonate may also require a guest under 18 to attend with a responsible adult.
Separate health, safeguarding and photography arrangements may apply to younger attendees.
4. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
Gather & Resonate is a small independent business offering limited-capacity experiences.
Once your booking has been confirmed, the place is reserved specifically for you.
Bookings relate to experiences taking place on a specified date and do not carry the 14-day cancellation right that applies to some other online purchases.
Subject to your statutory rights, bookings are non-refundable where you cancel or are unable to attend, including because of illness, travel disruption, work commitments or personal circumstances.
You may transfer your place to another suitable guest without charge, provided that:
Gather & Resonate is notified before the experience;
the replacement guest is eligible to attend;
the replacement guest reads and accepts the relevant health, booking and venue information; and
the booking details can be updated in time.
No refund, credit or transfer will be provided for:
non-attendance;
arriving too late to be admitted;
leaving the experience early;
failing to read the event or venue information; or
removal because of seriously disruptive, abusive or unsafe behaviour.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Gather & Resonate
Gather & Resonate will make every reasonable effort to provide each experience as advertised.
Reasonable changes may occasionally be required to the:
room or venue;
facilitator or supporting practitioner;
start or finish time;
instruments or equipment used; or
running order.
Where a change is minor and does not materially alter the nature, quality or value of the experience, the booking will continue on the amended basis.
Where Gather & Resonate cancels an experience or makes a significant change, you will be offered:
a transfer to a suitable alternative experience; or
a refund of the amount paid for the affected experience.
Refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
Except where required by law or where a loss is caused by Gather & Resonate’s negligence, Gather & Resonate will not be responsible for separate expenses such as travel, parking, accommodation, childcare or loss of earnings.
6. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
Gather & Resonate will not be responsible for a delay, disruption or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include:
severe weather, flooding, fire or natural disaster;
venue closure or loss of access;
power, heating, water or utility failure;
transport disruption or industrial action;
government restrictions or civil emergency;
public-health restrictions;
serious practitioner illness where no appropriate replacement is reasonably available; or
the failure of an essential third-party supplier.
Where such circumstances prevent an experience from proceeding, affected guests will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered an appropriate transfer, rescheduling or refund option.
7. Collaborative and Third-Party Events
Gather & Resonate may deliver experiences at third-party venues or in collaboration with other businesses, practitioners or organisations.
The business responsible for accepting your booking and payment will be made clear before purchase.
Where you book directly with Gather & Resonate, Gather & Resonate is responsible for the sound bath and any other elements expressly described as being supplied by Gather & Resonate.
Third-party venues and collaborators remain responsible for products, treatments, catering, accommodation, facilities or services that they provide independently.
Where a booking is made through a partner, that partner’s own booking terms, cancellation policy and privacy information may also apply.
Guests must comply with reasonable venue rules, health and safety procedures and instructions given by venue staff, facilitators and event partners.
Any personal information shared with a collaborative partner will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled as explained in the Gather & Resonate Privacy Notice.
8. Brand Partnerships and Recommendations
Gather & Resonate may occasionally collaborate with or recommend third-party wellbeing brands whose products or values are considered complementary to the experience.
Selected experiences may include a complimentary product or sample supplied by a partner brand.
Any such product is provided as an optional gift and does not form part of the sound bath service itself.
Guests are responsible for:
reading the product label, ingredients, allergen information and usage instructions;
considering whether the product is suitable for their individual dietary, medical or health needs; and
seeking appropriate professional advice where they are uncertain about suitability.
Guests are under no obligation to use or consume a gifted product.
Third-party products remain the responsibility of their manufacturer or supplier.
Any questions, concerns or complaints relating to a product’s ingredients, quality or use should be directed to the relevant business, although Gather & Resonate would also appreciate being informed of any concern.
Gather & Resonate may provide guests with promotional or discount codes for selected partner brands. Any purchase made using such a code is a separate transaction between the guest and the third-party retailer and is subject to that retailer’s own prices, availability, delivery arrangements, returns policy, privacy notice and terms and conditions.
Where Gather & Resonate receives payment, commission, free products or another benefit in connection with a recommendation or promotional code, this relationship will be disclosed clearly.
A recommendation reflects Gather & Resonate’s genuine opinion at the time it is made but does not constitute medical, nutritional or other professional advice, nor a guarantee that a product will be suitable for every guest.
9. Residential and Overseas Retreats
These Terms & Conditions do not govern residential retreats, overseas retreats or experiences sold with accommodation, transport, excursions or multiple travel services.
Separate Retreat Booking Terms will be provided before any booking or payment is accepted for such an experience.
Guests should not arrange non-refundable travel or accommodation until a retreat has been formally confirmed in writing.
10. Arrival and Late Entry
Please arrive at the time stated in your booking confirmation or event information.
Unless otherwise advised, guests should arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start.
To protect the peaceful and uninterrupted nature of the sound bath, late arrivals cannot normally be admitted once the experience has begun.
No refund, credit or transfer will be offered where admission is refused because of late arrival.
11. Studio and Venue Guidelines
Guests must read and follow any studio or venue guidelines supplied before attendance.
These may include requirements relating to:
footwear and cloakroom use;
maintaining quiet in shared spaces;
food and drink;
mobile devices;
use of facilities;
entry and departure arrangements; and
fire and evacuation procedures.
Guests are responsible for reading the guidance provided with their booking confirmation.
12. Health and Suitability
Gather & Resonate sound baths are intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing only.
They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health condition.
Before booking, you must read the separate Gather & Resonate Health Information → and consider whether participation is appropriate for you.
Where you have a medical condition, pregnancy, injury, disability, sound sensitivity or other concern that may affect participation, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before attending.
You are responsible for:
listening to your own body;
participating only to the extent that feels comfortable;
following reasonable safety instructions; and
informing the facilitator if you feel unwell or require assistance.
You may change position, take a break or quietly leave the room at any time.
Gather & Resonate may reasonably refuse admission or discontinue participation where this is necessary to protect the health, safety or wellbeing of the guest or others attending.
Any such decision will be made reasonably, without unlawful discrimination and with appropriate consideration given to reasonable adjustments.
13. Accessibility
Gather & Resonate aims to make its experiences as accessible and welcoming as reasonably possible.
Please contact Gather & Resonate before booking, or as early as possible before attendance, where you require a reasonable adjustment or would like to discuss an accessibility need.
Adjustment requests will be considered individually, taking account of the guest’s needs, the nature of the experience, the facilities available at the venue and any relevant safety requirements.
Some adjustments may depend on the facilities or cooperation of a third-party venue.
14. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully towards the facilitator, fellow guests, venue staff and collaborative partners.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, intoxicated or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Gather & Resonate may require a guest to leave where their conduct:
disrupts the experience;
compromises another person’s safety,
privacy or enjoyment;
risks damage to property; or
breaches a reasonable safety instruction or venue rule.
No refund will be provided where removal results from the guest’s own serious misconduct.
Guests may be responsible for damage they deliberately or negligently cause to equipment, property or the venue.
15. Photography, Filming and Devices
Gather & Resonate sound baths are intentionally private and distraction-free.
Photography, filming, audio recording, live-streaming and personal content creation are not permitted during the sound bath itself.
Mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices must remain silent and unused throughout the sound bath, except:
in an emergency;
where an accessibility arrangement has been agreed in advance; or
where use is required for an authorised operational purpose.
At selected pop-ups or collaborative events, official photography or filming may take place before or after the sound bath. Guests will be informed in advance where this is planned.
Appearing in identifiable promotional content is optional and is not a condition of booking or attendance.
Where consent is relied upon, it will be requested separately from these Terms & Conditions.
The request should clearly explain who may use the content, the purposes for which it may be used and how consent can be withdrawn for future use.
Guests who do not consent will not be treated less favourably, and reasonable arrangements will be made to avoid capturing or publishing an identifiable image of them.
Guests must not photograph or record other attendees without their permission.
16. Personal Belongings
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending an experience.
Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables.
Subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, Gather & Resonate will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage unless caused by its negligence.
17. Liability
Gather & Resonate will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breach of statutory consumer rights;
unlawful discrimination; or
any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, Gather & Resonate will not be responsible for loss that:
was not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made;
resulted from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the guest;
arose because clear health or safety guidance was disregarded;
resulted from the guest’s own misconduct; or
arose from a separately booked service supplied independently by a third party.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes Gather & Resonate’s responsibility to provide the booked service with reasonable care and skill.
18. Insurance
Gather & Resonate maintains appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for the services it provides, subject to the terms, activity limits and territorial limits of the relevant policies.
Separate insurance arrangements may apply to residential retreats, overseas experiences or services provided independently by collaborators.
19. Privacy and Communications
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Gather & Resonate Privacy Notice.
Gather & Resonate may send service communications that are reasonably necessary to administer your booking, including:
booking confirmations;
payment information;
reminders;
arrival and venue instructions;
health or safety updates; and
notices of changes or cancellations.
These messages are separate from optional marketing communications.
Marketing consent is requested separately, must be freely given and may be withdrawn at any time.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in this website and in original materials created for Gather & Resonate are owned by the proprietor of Gather & Resonate or licensed for its use. This includes website content, written materials, brand assets, graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings, meditation scripts, session materials, guides and downloadable resources. All rights are reserved.
Content may be accessed and viewed for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be copied, recorded, filmed, photographed, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, distributed, modified, adapted, sold, licensed, used to create derivative works or otherwise exploited commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Gather & Resonate™, its logo and associated brand identifiers are trade marks used by Gather & Resonate. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants permission to use the Gather & Resonate name, logo or branding without prior written consent.
Trade marks, photographs, product imagery and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission where required. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership or grant permission for further use.

21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Scots law.
The Scottish courts will have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection available to a consumer.

you agree to follow the relevant studio or venue guidelines; and
the information you have supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Optional photography and marketing choices are managed separately and are not conditions of booking.
